
Initially, I only plan for this to work on-site, ephemerally. It's hard to plan national ideas out of the blue because costs are not consistent, and are modified by the number of ideas you have on a particular area and the idea level.

This idea behind this mod is to keep the game as close to vanilla as possible for people like me that don't want to stray too much from the standard game and feels having too many changes cumbersome. And I always add some native tribes here and there before beginning the game so I can conquer bases there quick but also to have a laugh as my Conquistadores conquer the mighty Butt tribe of Central Florida I like the idea of setting up your own Scandinavian country. It depends on your nation's position and goals, but I use a tier list: NATION DESIGNER IDEA TIER LIST. Depending on the difficulty selected the number of points available changes between 50. In the options it's possible to set the custom nation's difficulty. However, their national ideas do not change even if the decision would normally cause this to happen. Player-controlled custom nations may take decisions that form nations if they meet the conditions. When playing at a later start date, custom nations do not start with any idea groups.
